JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform essential request from Customers and task as Customer Care Staff such as: VAT request; point accumulation redemption; exchange product request, product quality feedback; other related to customer service.
- First response to emergency requests, situations and direct to respondent section.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Read and response email according to Lotte Mall’s information.
- Manage large amount of customer request on daily basis.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Identify and access customers’ needs to archive satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- From 1 year of experience in a similar position at a Restaurant, Hotel, Shopping Center (Receptionist & Customer Care Position, etc.)
- Good problem solving and complain handling skills
Working shift: 6 days/week
- Shift 2: 14:00- 22:00 (30 mins break)
- Shift 1: 08:30- 17:30 (1 hour break)

- Report promotion results after events and periodly
- Be responsible for promotional plans control & execution (monthly/quarterly and seasonal promotion) of Lotte Mall Hanoi: organize, monitor and report promotion results
- Work with supplier to prepare gift: ideas, designs, quotation, production/delivery time
- Manage on- site promotion presence and communications
- Work with the authority to ensure licensing for all promotion activities
- Manage and control the whole process of gift redeemption; Ensure gift stocks for the smooth performance of the promotions
- Managing relationships with gifts vendors
- Cooperate with related departments to develop promotions and analyze campaign effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple taks simultaneously
- Creativity and an eye for detail; Diplomacy, tact, and a customer- focused approach
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Sales Management Assistant (Floor Operation)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Floor Operation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff to follow Lotte Mall regulation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team and related departments to solve customer complaint and any other arising problems quickly and effectively
- Control product quality, prices, TAG, visual merchandise of the brands in charge; Managing the demand- supply of the products
- Floor checking: Supervise hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time
Sales & Marketing Event
- Discuss on time with tenants to co- operate and support them with marketing program, promotion events, staff and merchandise management to ensure professional brand and enhance revenue
- Implement sales confirmation, deduction, manual list, modify sales error by sequences on time
- Invite and support brands to propose promotions to match with seasons, Lotte events (Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary), promotion program via Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD, etc.)
- Participate in creating and organizing marketing events with Sales Planning & Marketing team to grow up sales and attract new customers
- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands
Leasing & Tenants Support
- Maintain and build up relationship with current tenants and potential tenants as well to evaluate busines status, plan and strategies of them
- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date, inform tenants of termination procedures and deposit return
- Actively contact tenants to find out about their business potential and demands for premise at mall, thereby introduce Lotte Mall premises to tenants
- Build and report for approval of T&C policy for each tenant; Draft and negotiate to finalize content, and get signature of Tenancy Agreement, Offer to Lease (OTL)
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories
REQUIREMENTS
- From 1 year- experience in the relevant position in Retail, Shopping Mall field
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Can work under high pressure and self- motivation
- Hard- working, have good team- work and communication skills
- Must be available to work in shift, 5 days/weeks (Shift 1: 8:30- 5:30; Shift 2: 14:00- 22:00)
