Hotel General Manager

* Taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits, but also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests&039; needs and expectations. Business and people management are equally important elements.
* To be representative of VHG at hotel project and on behalf of Managing Director of VHG to increasingly strengthen good relationship between VHG and Owner as well as hotel staffs.
* Responsible for the day- to- day management of a hotel and its staff. Having commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front- of- house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, sales & marketing, accounting, engineering and housekeeping.
* Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.

* At least 5 years of experience in the position of Front Office Manager or Asst. Front Office Manager at 4- star or 5- star hotel.
* At least 3 years of experience in the same position at 3- star or 4- star hotel.
* Understanding Vietnamese Human Resources and the ability to manage the performance of the local staff
* Quickly adapt to specific characteristics of each hotel project.
* Deeply understanding of Local culture & History and working business habit and need especially for 3- star or 4- star hotels.
* Able to travel and work out site Hanoi.
