HR Business Partner (HRBP)

HR Policy & Employee Relations

Communicate and roll out policies company- wide.
Advise line managers and handle employee relations matters.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and labor relations frameworks.

Compensation & HR Systems

Implement C&B programs, performance- based incentives, and reward policies.
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal regulations.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.

Performance Management & Organization Development

Build job grading, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths.
Support development and improvement of KPI and performance management systems.

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage social insurance and related HR administrative processes.
Oversee labor contracts and ensure legal compliance.

Others

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Age: 25 – 33 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRBP / HR Policy / Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR systems
Good communication, problem- solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in building policies, performance systems, and compensation frameworks is preferred
