HR Coordinator - Nhân viên điều phối nhân sự

Organize sports, recreational, religion & moral, activities.
Handle all of the documents about Work permits, Resident cards, and Exit visas for expat.
Manage and check on staff canteen to maintain proper quality and hygiene on- duty meals.
Handle all documents related to Government as requested.
Any additional tasks requested by DOHR.
Handle all training activities in Salinda Resort.
Handle process of payment related to HR expenses to Finance and Business Support Department
Handle all of the documents about Work permits, Resident cards, and Exit visas for expat.

Dynamic, friendly and can work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Immigration Law, Local Labour and Employment Regulations
Diploma related to Human Resources Management, Law or Hospitality Management
Task management, and great attention to detail
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in the hospitality field
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
Self- motivated, good interpersonal skills, public speaking
