RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management Responsibility:
Reviewing and approving HR policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure they are comprehensive and applied within the company.
Managing and developing staff into a professional, dynamic, and capable team that aligns with the company&039;s mission and core values.
Approving budgets and work plans and allocating resources to meet short- term and long- term goals aligned with the company&039;s strategy.
Professional responsibility:
Supervising the implementation of employee rights and obligations in coordination with the Trade Union.
Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Managements
Directing the implementation of organizational structure designs, succession planning, remuneration policies, performance assessments, worker health and safety, and labor relations.
Coordinate with other departments/divisions to develop and communicate HR policies to employees and programs to enhance the company&039;s image.
Advising the Board of Directors and Management on the organizational structure&039;s appropriateness, HR strategies, policies, cultural activities, and senior management recruitment.
Handling arising issues within the HR department
Explaining HR fluctuations, changes in personnel plans, organizational efficiency issues, and other HR- related matters to the General Director.
Evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment, training, occupational health, and safety measures. Working with authorities on employee- related matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
Graduated from university in economics, Human Resource Management, administration, law or higher
Experiences
Laws and regulations on labor and employment; economics related to wages and other benefits
Possessing psychological knowledge and understanding of human relationships
At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position
Understanding human resource management; resource management and general business management;
