Recruitment: 65%
• Get the assessment result from BPM Team & PM to documents, submit to BOM, get the approval from BOM.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, background checking and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct talent management strategy from planning, and hiring to optimize and grow talent pool.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary documentation.• Assist in a preliminary interview.
• Assist during the interview.
• Develop recruitment plans, based on requirements from BOM and PM.
Employee relationship management:
• HR policies to maintain a consistent work place and increase market competitiveness.
• Solving employee issues and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
• Well- being and employee engagement activities, and employee experience surveys,
Performance Management: 20%
• Follow up with employees on conducting performance management.
• To ensure managers and employees are follow and apply for Performance Management Process
• Monitors the effectiveness of the performance management system. Reports and submit to the BOM Team.
Employment administration & Benefits administration: 15%
• Managed promotion & rewards programs and proposed succession plans to improve employee engagement and internal equity.• Arrange annual Health check- up, additional health care insurance, etc.:
• Maintain accurate employee records, including staff files, HR data, and other HR documentation necessary.
- Arrange filing and manage employees&039; profiles
• Manage and update HR master data and HR reports
• Follow probation time, contract&039;s expired date and prepare HR leading Employee’s probation assessment accordingly.
• Carry out and follow up termination process, handover, and final settlement for leaving staff with Operation Team and BPM Team.
• Manage Position & Job Requisition to be aligned with the requirements of the Production Team.
Other tasks: ad- hoc tasks, reports assigned by manager.
