HR Executive

• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files;
• Keeps monthly record regarding staff tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave and maternity leave.
• Assists in staff welfare and activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, and career development;
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data confidentiality;
• Be responsible for compensation and benefits administration and related issues;
• Keeps record of all hotel items issued to the staff such as uniform, nametag, and etc;
• Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding;
Perform others tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Be reliable, dynamic and result oriented mindset;
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field;
Good English communication both written and oral;
Have experience in hotel HR is a plus;
MS Office proficiency is a must.
