Job Responsibilities:
The HR Executive will be responsible for all HR- related initiatives especially in recruitment. The role will report directly to Recruitment Team Lead, as part of our HR team in Vietnam, and functionally to Talent Acquisition Manager of ASEAN HR.
Your primary role is to execute all
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
activities for Vietnam (
70% bandwidth
). This shall include but not limited to:

Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Managing the full recruitment cycle for Vietnam.
Collaborating closely with line managers to ensure a seamless hiring process, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
Managing internship programs.
Promoting the company&039;s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Keeping up- to- date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Manage employee information in HR system, make sure data is updated and accurate.

You will also support payroll activities in monthly basis, and some other
HR administrative
related task assigned by the management (
30% bandwidth
).

Knowledge of SAP, LinkedIn Recruiter or any further HR management systems is a plus.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of working experience in HR especially in recruitment; Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
Good sense of negotiation, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
Possess good skills in English communication, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in <HR Management / Business Administration / English> or related field.
