Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials
Make annual training plan and training calendar for individual departments with action plans
Participate to supervise staff house and employee areas
Support the implementation of employee relation programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment

Participate to organize and conduct employee activities
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team- building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys
Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to training association members, training, and personnel staff from competitor hotels and other members of the local community.
Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
Make daily, weekly, monthly training reports providing feedback to the General Manager, Human Resources Manager of respective departments
Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the success of employer branding initiatives
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected requirements.
Develop and implement a content strategy for social media to promote the employer brand, build brand awareness, and engage with potential candidates
Work in a team to design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the hotel and employees
Conduct or arrange for orientation programs, ongoing technical training and personal development classes for employees
Plan, develop and provide training and employee development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on- the- job trainings, meetings, role plays, scripted service verbiages and workshops
Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property (e.g., develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled property- wide meetings)
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
