HR Executive

Monitoring deadlines, drafting and signing Labor contract
Receive and transmit information on administrative documents, keep and arrange personnel records, and documents
Working with state agencies: Insurance, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Immigration Department.
Other tasks assigned by BOM
Complete the necessary documents and documents from HCM/HN office
In charge of recruiting all positions from the assigned units
Manage, store and update employee information records.
General management of all work related to the HR department
In charge of implementation: Timekeeping, salary calculation, welfare regime, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax

At least 3- 5 years HR full function experiences
Good command of English
Bachelor degree with Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or relevant field
Have good office computer skills
Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
Good in communication, problem solving and negotiation
