HR Manager

• Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work- related issues.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• To be in charge of compensation and benefits tasks including monthly payroll, compulsory insurance by law, and labor contract for all employees
• Responsible for social insurance, health insurance for all employees.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status- change data.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
• Coordinating control and management of provisional PIT, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Follow up and record employee&039;s annual leave

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Outstanding knowledge Labour laws.
• 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
