The HRM will oversee both Human Resources and Administration, ensuring operational excellence, transparency, and a workplace where people can perform and thrive.
We are looking for a strategic yet hands- on Human Resources Manager (HRM) to lead Citics’ people and performance systems as we scale into a multi- entity proptech–fintech ecosystem.
This role is ideal for an HR leader who combines strategic vision with strong execution and data- driven decision- making. You’ll partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the organization, strengthen the talent engine, and build scalable HR frameworks that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner & Workforce Planning:
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate business objectives into workforce strategies and organizational structures.
Lead HR budgeting, headcount forecasting, and reporting to support data- driven management decisions.
Design and manage manpower planning to ensure optimal headcount allocation and cost efficiency.
Performance & People Systems:
Build and continuously improve the Performance Management System (OKRs, KPIs) across all business units.
Ensure alignment between performance, competency frameworks, and reward mechanisms.
Partner with line managers to review performance insights and ensure fair, transparent evaluation cycles.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Partner with L&D and business leaders to identify future leadership pipelines and key capability gaps.
Oversee the whole recruitment process, from planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
Strengthen recruitment strategy and employer branding to attract ambitious professionals across real estate, finance, and technology sectors.
Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits):
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll, insurance, PIT, and other HR operations.
Manage salary bands, bonuses, and incentive schemes based on business performance and market benchmarks.
Design and standardize competitive Compensation & Benefits structures that reward performance and retention.
Culture, Engagement & Administration:
Partner with the Culture & Internal Communications team (under Marketing) to strengthen cultural alignment through internal initiatives and engagement programs.
Oversee office administration to ensure an efficient, compliant, and inspiring workplace.
Uphold and integrate Citics’ core values — Innovation, Ownership, Transparency — across all HR frameworks and people practices.
