ABOUT THE ROLE
At Crossian, People&039;s growth and success is the foundation of our success. We are looking for a People Operations & Empowerment (POE) Manager to fuel further growth across our organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing talent growth strategies that drive impact and foster a high performance culture. You will play a strategic partner to key internal stakeholders and executives to attract, grow and retain talents. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the POE team, and the Board of Managers, to implement innovative and engaging people practices that align with our core values and business objectives.

The scope of this role will challenge you to employ a full range of strategic, leadership and operational skills. You will be responsible for leading a full compass of HR and people operation functions including, but not limited to, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Training & Development, and Employee Empowerment Programs at Crossian.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide leadership and support the Talent Acquisition Team in developing and implementing best practices for attracting top talents
- Lead, develop and grow the People Operations & Empowerment team to support growth initiatives across the organization
- Set progressive HR policies, processes, and best practices that are compliant with local regulations and strengthen the organization’s employee value proposition (EVP)
- Support teams as their trusted advisor for employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and maintaining a constructive dialogue between individuals
- Track and analyze KPIs, insights and employee surveys to continuously improve our HR programs and initiatives, and inform business decision- makers
- Work with the executive leadership team to build and implement the organization’s continuity and succession plan through employee empowerment and engagement programs
- Review and lead the improvement of current employee welfare and performance initiatives including total compensation, training and development, and performance appraisals programs
