KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Culture (The CREASIA Way)
• Partner with the CEO to embed 7 Habits, Compassionate Leadership, and Execution Excellence.
• Lead culture- building initiatives grounded in Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Innovation, and Mindfulness.
• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with CREASIA’s Vision – Mission – Values.
• Strengthening a culture of professionalism, trust, and continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for business growth and expansion.
• Lead a team of 2 TA Specialists + 1 Mass Recruiter.
• Build a scalable end- to- end recruitment system for both office and nationwide fieldforce.
• Strengthen employer branding (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo).
• Forecast and plan manpower needs with BU leaders.
Compensation, Payroll & Compliance
• Control HR- related OPEX and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure accurate payroll for Field force + Office on strict timelines.
• Develop transparent and competitive compensation frameworks.
• Oversee C&B operations (1 C&B Executive).
• Manage labor contracts, insurance, compliance, and legal procedures.
Performance Management & Organization Development
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, performance review systems, and OKRs.
• Support BU leaders in capability development, career paths, and succession planning.
• Conduct capability assessments and culture alignment reviews.
• Improve organizational structure for efficiency and scalability.
HR Operations & Digital Transformation
• Build HR dashboards: turnover, productivity, hiring, OPEX.
• Standardize HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Enhance HR operational efficiency through automation and digital tools.
• Oversee digital HR systems: MS365, OneDrive, Timesheet, Approval Flow.
People Experience & Engagement
• Lead NPS, pulse surveys, and 1:1 check- in programs.
• Build a holistic, end- to- end employee experience framework.
• Lead internal engagement: townhalls, wellness, CSR, compassion programs.
• Resolve employee relations issues with fairness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Develop and implement the CREASIA Care Program.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or Law.
• SHRM, HRBP, certifications are a plus.
• Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.
Experience
• 5–7 years in HR, including 3+ years in Manager roles.
• Experience leading TA, C&B, and mass hiring operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Agency, Retail, Field force, or Sales Execution companies preferred.
• Strong understanding of large- scale workforce deployment and labor law.
