You will shape how people feel, grow, collaborate, and show up at work every day. From recruitment to culture- building to leadership support, you’ll ensure MKC remains an environment where talented people thrive, feel valued, and stay inspired.
This role requires a balance of strategic HR thinking, emotional intelligence, people intuition, and strong execution.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Build and execute hiring strategies for agency roles (Creative, Account, Media, Social, Strategic Planning, etc.).
Support long- term workforce structure, succession planning, and retention.
Partner with HODs to define workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline and enhance candidate experience.
People Operations & HR Strategy
Ensure HR processes remain simple, transparent, timely, and human- centered.
Partner closely with BOD to advise on staffing, C&B, performance, labor relations, policy, and people roadmap.
Lead all HR operations: recruitment, payroll, HR admin, compliance, onboarding, L&D, and employee relations.
Track and manage HR budgeting aligned with company performance.
C&B, Performance & Policy Governance
Strengthen internal discipline and conflict- handling with a culture- first mindset.
Oversee contracts, HR documentation, HRIS records, and compliance.
Handle sensitive employee matters with fairness, clarity, and professionalism.
Build and adjust compensation structures, benefits, allowances, and performance frameworks.
L&D & Company Culture
Design onboarding experiences that reflect MKC’s values and creative spirit.
Design individualized learning paths that encourage long- term growth.
Support leaders with coaching on people management, communication, and feedback.
Develop training programs tailored to agency needs: skills, leadership, cross- functional collaboration.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
Be the go- to person for employee concerns, well- being, environment harmony.
Lead initiatives that strengthen internal communication and team cohesion.
Build and nurture a culture of collaboration, openness, and shared ownership.
Design engagement rituals: team catchups, culture days, internal workshops, bonding events.
Promote psychological safety, practice frequent mental health checkin with employee, create a space where people can speak openly and respectfully.
People Insights & HR Analytics
Track HR data: turnover, engagement, performance trends, hiring efficiency.
Identify early warning signs of people risks and propose preventive actions.
Use insights to advise BOD and enhance HR decision- making.
