HR Manager (Tech Industry)

Act as a local liaison with Vietnamese third parties
Compute net pay and taxation for employees
Onboarding and offboarding of employees
Sourcing and recruitment of candidates for open roles
Answer general questions from management about best operational practices
Negotiation of offers and preparation of employment contracts
Proactively follow industry trends and regularly update management
Creation and maintenance of employee company files
Work closely with operations to follow the performance evaluation process
Suggest areas of improvement and take the initiative to resolve issues

Proficiency in Google Workspace and video conferencing
Familiarity with typical taxation and payroll issues for Vietnamese employees
Up- to- date with current employment laws and regulations in Vietnam
Must have proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
Bachelor in Business Administration, Psychology, or an HR- related field
Perfect English and Vietnamese are a must
5 years experience in a relevant HR function for a Vietnamese company
Knowledge of Zoho or Odoo is a plus
Must have a deep understanding of typical local salaries and benefits packages
Previous experience with an IT company is a strong plus

Health care check annually, following the company policy from time to time.
Salary Range: 30.000.000 – 40.000.000 VND Gross (Open to negotiation)
