Overview
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources function for our facility. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company&039;s goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Planning:
Conduct regular reviews of HR practices to ensure they remain effective and compliant.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization&039;s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership.
Manage employee performance, including performance reviews, coaching, and development.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave..
Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Manage the administration of HR programs, such as training and development, employee assistance programs, and wellness initiatives.
Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven track record of success in HR management.
