HR SENIOR STAFF

- Follow up employee relation cases to ensure they are completed and there are no problems, take responsibility for disciplinary action.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through recruitment channels. Stay up to date with industry trends, strategies, and recruitment methods to continuously improve the recruitment process. Carry out activities to promote the employer branding
- Responsibility for recruitment, plan and participate in recruiting employee
- Support employees to receive and answer questions on all issues related to policies and legal regulations on human resource work: Labor rules, Discipline rewards, etc., as a bridge to link the relationship between employees and company.
- Exchange and approach employees at the factory, production area and other areas so that can get and update more information, the situation quickly and handle it promptly.
- Monitor compliance with rules and regulations, support employees in all matters related to labour relations, develop policies and decision documents related to labor management.

Knowledgeable about labor law
Have experiences at manufacturing enterprise and a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
Good English communication
University degree in human resource management or related fields.
Good communication and solving problem. Interviewing and presentation skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills
