HR Specialist

Develop and maintain strong relationships with project owners, managers, and senior leaders to understand their talent needs
Support managers in attracting and hiring top talent
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that Dragon Phenix E- commerce&039;s Talent Acquisition processes are innovative and effective.
Design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet the talent needs of each business unit
Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing and recruitment strategies

2- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or a related field
Strong relationship- building and collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast- paced, results- oriented environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision- making
Deep understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices and trends
Bachelor&039;s degree in HR, business, or a related field

Working time: Monday – Friday | 9am- 6pm
Working location: Số 122 Đường B2, P. An Lợi Đông, Tp. Thủ Đức, Tp. HCM
