Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance Employee Satisfaction: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction, ensuring that our team members feel supported and motivated.
• Support Team Well- being: Help design programs and initiatives that promote the overall well- being of our team, enabling them to perform at their best.
• Boost Customer and Employee Happiness: Work on strategies and processes that enhance both customer and employee happiness, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the HR Team: Work closely with our HR department to ensure that the developed processes are practical, actionable, and aligned with our company’s goals.
• Focus on Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement within existing HR processes and contribute ideas to make our operations more efficient and effective.
• Develop and Implement SOPs: Assist in creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to various HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to assist in documentation and process creation.
• Currently a Last- Year Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and interact effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong Interest in HR: Demonstrated passion for human resources and a desire to learn about HR processes and best practices.
• Availability: Able to commit to a full- time internship for a duration of three months.
• Languages: English is a plus.
• Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively to a team- focused environment.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to approach problems logically and develop practical, effective solutions.
