Human Resource Manager

Equitas Labs is looking for a Head of People/ Senior HR Manager to drive the success of the organization & its group companies through its people. We strive to make Equitas Labs the premier destination in the Web3 space. The People Team is at the forefront of these endeavors, playing a crucial role in nurturing a culture where the business and our employees win. You’ll be responsible for hiring and empowering our people to do their best work. In addition to Hiring responsibilities for the employees of Equitas Labs, this role will also play a key role in shaping culture, compensation, and engagement across the Equitas Labs and its portfolio companies. This role reports to the BOD.
These responsibilities can include

Oversee the compensation and benefits policy.
Work with leadership to create hiring long term strategies and short- term plans that support the overall group growth and hiring demands.
Lead the recruitment process by identifying and attracting highly skilled candidates to fulfill hiring needs via various recruitment channels.
Develop talent by providing support in goal setting, OKR, and career development.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well- being, and retention.
Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance our employer branding, and build culture across the group.

Qualifications

Able to work in a flexible manner across time zones and teams
Experience leading a People or HR function in a startup environment
Knowledge and experience overseeing competitive performance management, compensation and benefits programs including conducting benchmarking and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards
Experience in web3 is a plus but not required.
