Job Description
• Representation of the Company in personnel matters.
• Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Co- ordinate and plan employee training (both internal and external).
• Monitor and report on HR- specific indicators (KPIs) and implement appropriate actions.
• Be responsible for recruitments for the Company.
• Implementation of the company&039;s HR policy, including the management of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
• Ensure the compliance with applicable law and regulations.
• Manage the HR Department in a professional way.
• Consult the Management on all issues relating to HR to comply the current and future laws and regulations.
• Contribution to the effective achievement of the HR team&039;s objectives, with particular attention to compliance with applicable policies, deadlines, annual cycles, and emerging business needs.
