We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. As our HR Manager in Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions in the Country. You will work closely with our leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
● Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, recognition, and satisfaction surveys.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR- related matters.
● Performance Management and Development:
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
- Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
● People Operations and Administration:
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records.
- Handle HR- related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries.
● Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
● Reporting and Decision Support:
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good English communication
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Mar- tech or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Experience in a fast- paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in establishing/ optimizing HR relevant policy and regulations.
- Agile mindset, can- do attitude, capability of Multitasking
- At least 8 years of experience in HR function including Ops and HRBP
- Depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Vietnam labor code & social insurance law related.
