Mô tả công việc

As the HR Manager specializing in recruitment and training, you will lead and oversee the company’s talent acquisition and development strategies to ensure that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will work closely with department heads to meet the company&039;s strategic objectives, ensuring a strong organizational culture and continuous learning environment within the technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment

Lead and manage the full- cycle recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and optimize processes.
Implement effective recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
Collaborate with department managers to understand the talent needs for various technical and non- technical roles.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top- tier talent in the tech industry.

Training & Development

Promote a culture of learning and development by facilitating internal workshops, certifications, and knowledge- sharing sessions.
Organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company.
Track training effectiveness through employee feedback and performance evaluations.
Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skill sets and foster continuous learning, particularly in tech roles.
Assess training needs in collaboration with team leaders and managers, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills development.

Leadership & Strategy

Stay updated on HR best practices and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high- performance environment.
Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment and training initiatives with the company’s long- term business objectives.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a balanced, equitable workplace.
Act as a coach and mentor to junior HR team members, helping them grow in their roles.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Experience with HR software and recruitment platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership and department heads.
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and training, ideally within the tech sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and learning & development best practices.
Analytical mindset to assess recruitment and training program success.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the technology industry and its hiring trends.
Experience in employer branding initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile HR practices.
