Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Organize and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, recruitment events, and other employer branding activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce recruitment campaigns, videos, and other employer branding materials.
Manage the full- cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Create engaging recruitment marketing content that showcases career opportunities, company culture, employee stories, and startup life.
Build and maintain a high- quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and university networks
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen TeenUp&039;s employer brand
HR Operations & Administration
Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by manager
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employment documents and onboarding paperwork.
Support new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Provide logistical support for internal training sessions and employee engagement activities when required.
Manage internal communication channels such as Base, and chat groups
Requirements
Active participation in university clubs or student organizations is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree
Background knowledge in Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing is preferred
Content creation, graphic design, or copywriting skills are an advantage
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR position, preferably with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding
Smart, hardworking, proactive, and kind
Strong communication skills with adaptability and quick responsiveness

Competitive salary of up to VND 20,000,000/month, plus recruitment commission, performance bonus, spot bonus (when applicable)
