Job Description

Daily monitor and check integrated data jobs between SAP SuccessFactors and target systems
Coordinate with vendors (makers) and internal departments to implement upgrade, integration, or new development projects to meet departmental business requirements
Support end users in using the system, troubleshooting, and receiving enhancement requests
Monitor the SAP SuccessFactors system to ensure stable operation, security, and compliance with Honda company policies
Administer, operate, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors system (modules: Employee Central, Performance, LMS, etc.)
Train and guide relevant employees (department secretaries, end users, etc.) on using SAP SuccessFactors
Required Skills for Working at Honda:
Proficient in taking meeting minutes
Knowledge of Japanese workplace terms (e.g.: Kaizen, 5S, Genba, Horenso…)
Good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Presentation and reporting skills for project development
Problem analysis skills (Why- Why analysis)
Incident reporting skills for project development/system administration
Proficient in formal business email writing

Job Requirements

Ability to understand requirements and provide department support
Experience in software, project implementation, or HR
Effective communication, teamwork, feedback, and inter- departmental coordination skills
Good English communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred: 1–3 years experience in administration of SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS (Human Resource Information System), or equivalent systems
In- depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes (priority: EC, PMGM modules)
