Import Export Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with documents the transfer and Customs clearance of goods. Contact with agencies and arrange goods shipping.
Establish and achieve Import/Export paperwork&039;s.
Manage cost of logistic services.
Sourcing and selection of logistic service and 3rd party logistic service provide/
Make sure Import/Export cargo is completed timely and accurately
Manage 3PL performance, continue improvement their service.
Maintenance of CMS
Meet customer salinification on delivery
Demand receipt/customer shipment/production plan
Manage customs handbook (if there is).
Manage liquidation data / Free duty list for machine / statement report to customs department

REQUIREMENTS

Can communicate work issue in English and translate document.
Skilled use of office software can calculate and analyze data by using Excel.
Basic knowledge of TPS or LMS.
Pass Wonderlic with a score of 20 or greater.
(Optional) Experience of import & export, Customs Broker License and CIQ Quarantine License.
Excellent coordinate and communicate ability.
College degree or the equal education
Basic knowledge of ERP.
