Import-Export Manager

As the Import- Export Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all import and export activities related to our product manufacturing operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders while minimizing costs and maximizing profitability.

- To follow up booking shipment for export and keeping track shipment schedule for import
- To communicate with local partners (analysis centers, customs agent, consultancy…) to proceed with tasks related to supporting export/import progress
- To coordinate with Korea export team for correct documentations applied for imported finished goods process, timely and risk- free
- To supervise & regulate the operations of Import – Export team to ensure the operations within the legal frame by local regulation
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct Line Manager
- To communicate and proceed with quota application, tax reconciliation, product HS code verification with local governments.
- To coordinate with Export Sales team for correct documentations applied for finished goods exported to oversea customers, timely and risk- free
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to import/export activities, such as currency fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions. Implement strategies to minimize risk and ensure business continuity
- To systemize the customs process, product portfolio vs HS code and Cong bo… and filing hub sufficiently

- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics or related field.
- Good knowledge of export & import business process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- In- depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment. Good command of English
- At least 07+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing Industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify cost- saving opportunities.
