Import - Export Specialist

This position reports to Import- Export Senior Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Follow up import, export PO shipments/ procedures.

Export POs/ Shipments:
Coordinate with Factory to arrange deliveries: availability of finished goods, arrangement on ETD/ ETA, container arrangement for vessel booking and pallet packing, review & confirm shipping documents with importer to issue final shipping documents.
Monitor POs and follow up production plan to meet requirements of the POs.
Import POs/ Shipments:
Monitor shipments ETD/ ETA.
Request for LC, finalize LC with vendor, request payment.
Coordinate with Importer and QA for handling of the product complaint (if any).
Coordinate with Importer for the delivery of the PO.
Review shipping documents to ensure the satisfaction of Custom procedure.
Coordinate with Warehouse and QA to receive and inspect the imported cargo.

Coordinate with Customers/ Vendors to develop and finalize artwork/ packaging design for export/ import products.
Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head.
Coordinate internally to provide dossiers as customers’ requirements.

Educational Attainment

University graduate (Economics or Foreign Trade is preferable)

Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
Knowledge of International Trade/Business
Thorough understanding of import- export processes and shipping procedures (at least 3 years of experience in import- export)
