Influencer Manager

Stay up- to- date with social media trends and best practices in influencer marketing
Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
Manage budgets and optimise influencer marketing spend
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports
Negotiate contracts and collaborate with influencers to create compelling content
Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms
Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Foster positive relationships with influencers and maintain a database of contacts
Manage end- to- end influencer campaigns, from conceptualisation to execution and reporting

Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred
Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate ROI for influencer marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of current social media trends and the influencer landscape
Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns
Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and social media landscape is advantageous
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and content quality
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3- 5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role
