Infrastructure IT Support Administrator - Hanoi, Danang

Responsible for monitoring the performance of devices, troubleshooting problems and responding to operational issues including, networking, systems configuration, systems patching, system backups, Microsoft 365 support etc.
.Network Operation Centre (NOC)- monitor and resolve issues

Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports;
Serve as a NOC expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with Infrastructure systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors;
Overseeing the safe installation of hardware systems;

Level 2 Support

Participate in 24/7 on- call rotation and be available for after- hours support as needed.
Using KB, SOP, and basic troubleshooting to research and diagnose issues prior to passing to L3;

Server Patching – primarily weekends

Maintaining updates to operating systems (OS), third- party libraries, software, and applications;
Identifying and fixing flaws in the software, releasing fixed packages, and verifying installation;
Ensuring compliance and security updates.

Must have:

Hands- on experience with Database Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server, and MySQL;
Solid experience with Oracle, Ubuntu;
Experience with public cloud (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud);
Experience in performing network maintenance, system upgrades, patches, security configurations, and equipment monitoring using SolarWinds or native cloud tools and problem diagnostics;
Foundational understanding of networking, including HP/Aruba with Palo Alto- SD- WAN at layers 1 and 2 and CCNA level;
Experience with server patching and level 2 support for large infrastructure;
Strong experience with Windows Server, Linux;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer or similar roles;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good understanding of application knowledge, deployment, CI/CD;

Nice to have:

Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL utilizing ServiceNow
Understanding/Knowledge of global security frameworks and standards like CGMP, HIPAA, CIS, NIST, FIPS
Experience in Systems Infrastructure management and monitoring for Global Healthcare Manufacturing Enterprise
