International Customer Service

Liaising with other departments to optimize the quality as well as the efficiency of digital marketing
Researching and proposing solutions to leverage customer experience
Resolving issues of inventory and shipments with business partners of the company
Assisting international customers with orders and after- sale services via email, chat, and social media channels
Performing other related duties as assigned
Providing guidance and advice for customers about products, nutrition and wellness as trained by the company

Good office computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer services or e- Commerce related jobs is preferable
Willingness to broaden knowledge, especially about digital marketing
Advanced English level, proficiency in written and spoken English (at least 7.0 IELTS overall or equivalent)
Good self- study skills and adaptability
Receptiveness, honesty, patience
