Investment Manager

The Investment Manager plays a key role in driving strategic expansion initiatives, including M&A, investments, joint ventures, fundraising, and new business incubation. This role works closely with C- level executives and the Board of Directors to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and execute transactions aligned with OnPoint’s long- term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Investment & M&A

Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and deal structuring materials for Management and Board approval.
Identify, screen, and evaluate potential M&A, partnership, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate cross- functional teams (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations) throughout deal execution and post- merger integration.
Lead financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, market research, and due diligence.

Investor Relations

Track and report financial and business performance to investors and the Board.
Support communication with existing and potential investors.
Support governance processes and manage investor expectations.
Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, performance updates, Board reports, and investment memos.

Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and business judgment.
5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate M&A, or Strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or CFA is a plus.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing end- to- end investment or M&A transactions.
Hands- on expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight timelines.
