IT Business Analyst (English)

Area Of Responsibilities
− Supporting the implementation of changes to these systems.
− Preparing (including related document set- up), planning and delivery of training for business users and on- going user care.
− Ensuring procedures related to identification, changes, testing, documentation, approval, and communication of any modification to the system are followed.
− Carrying out master data checking and managing data cleaning procedures with related staff.
− Application and document lifecycle governance and maintenance.
− Supporting design and set- up of suitable master data checking routines.
− Carry out all administration tasks in a professional and timely manner.
− Provide first line support to the business during the day- to- day running of systems within area of responsibility (initially PLM, SharePoint and MS Teams. This will change over time)
− Support the senior team with regards to any ad- hoc department activities

Qualification / Education
− University degree preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Apparel/ Footwear/ Textile Engineering, Business Administration or similar.

- A good team contributor, working with other staff members to set up people and projects for success.
- Pro- active in approach and keen to suggest new and innovative solutions.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Teams.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Well organized and able to prioritize, communicate and manage expectations.
- Strong and confident customer facing / consulting skills.
- Able to deliver quality work and to commit to and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the application and document lifecycle.
- A continuous improvement mind- set that spans people, processes, technologies, and own self.
- Demonstrate an understanding of digital business processes.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Able to demonstrate energy, drive, enthusiasm, determination, and passion.

Experience
− Experience with a PLM system is an advantage.
− Experience in the Footwear or Apparel industry is an advantage.
− Minimum of 2 years of experience with involvement in real- world system like PLM, ERP, PDM and enterprise system integration deployments in domain.
