JOB DESCRIPTION

Troubleshoot network related problems (Internet, LAN, Printer, Camera)
Participate in other jobs as directed by Line Manager
Troubleshoot computer and device hardware related to end- users
Onsite at CMC TS’s customer company
System administration about Windows Server; File Server
Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, Office365, …)

JOB REQUIREMENT

From 2 year experience in support end- user
Able to communicate in English
Having a CCNA/ MCSA certification is a big plus
Fresher will be also accepted and trained
Good communication and handle situations quickly
Have basic experience in IT System
Good at teamwork
