It Manager

- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Maintain the current information systems based on technology standards and compliance regulations
- Develop and implement the company&039;s technical strategy and technology map
- Work with the 3rd parties to build up IT solutions.
- Stay up- to- date with technology trends to help the company to improve business goals
- Receive internal needs to build the appropriate IT solutions and projects
- Infrastructure: Monitoring data systems, security, network and maintenance
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Identify risks and offer IT solutions that applied for the company
- Consult with BOD to develop strategies on technology platform to develop in line with business goals
- Research and propose the most effective technology solutions

- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Good at making decision and logical thinking skills
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance
- Bachelor’s degree in: computer technology, computer science, information systems or related field
- Understand IT infrastructure and operating methods
- Be young, creative, flexible and experienced candidates in agencies in advanced
- At least 3 years working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
