IT Project Manager

Shinhan DS Vietnam is established to be in charge of the ICT synergy of Shinhan Financial Group in Southeast Asia.
Job Descriptions:
We are striving to expand our business in different fields in the future. Join us as an IT Project Manager to:

Coordinate project closure activities, including documentation, handovers, and lessons learned.
Monitor and manage project scope & risks throughout the project duration.
Conduct post- project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and address concerns.
Conduct project reviews and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
Lead the project team and ensure adherence to the project plan.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.

Strong communication & negotiation skills
Highly responsible, well- organized, communicative, pro- active, dare- to- lead attitude.
At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer and at least 2 years as an IT Project Manager in an IT company.
Excellent English skills (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely).
Experienced in development skills and able to review and supervise development teams.
Bachelor&039;s degree in an IT/relevant IT field.
Excellent understanding of the Software Development lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills (guide and motivate their teams, delegate tasks, and make decisions).

Desirable skills:

Experience with overseas clients/customer
Experience with business in Financial
PMP Certificate or equivalent.
