IT Project Manager

Project Management:

Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full- scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Execution and Monitoring:

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Team Leadership:

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Technical Understanding:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
Possess a high- level understanding of technical concepts and architectures to facilitate effective communication with the technical team.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
Manage stakeholder engagement and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management Skills:

Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience:

Proven experience in managing complex projects with multi- function teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.

Technical Skills:

Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements and architecture with the development team.
High- level understanding of technical concepts, including system architectures and software development processes.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
Problem- solving and critical- thinking skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
Experience with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience working in a fast- paced, startup environment.

Salary: 30,000,000 VND – 40,000,000 VND
