IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong IT Project Manager to join LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. As a PM, you will be responsible for managing software development projects for global clients (mainly Korean and international enterprises). A solid technical foundation in mobile or web development is required to effectively lead the development team and communicate with stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior team members.
Ensure high quality of deliverables by managing code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Prepare and maintain all project documentation (project plans, reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
Work closely with clients and LG CNS Korea HQ to gather requirements, define scope, and align expectations.
Lead and coordinate a cross- functional development team including developers, testers, and business analysts.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Manage the end- to- end lifecycle of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

[Required]

At least 5 years of experience in software development and 3+ years in project management roles.
Bachelor&039;s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong technical background with hands- on experience in at least one of the following:
Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Java (Spring Framework, J2EE)
Android (Kotlin/Java)
iOS (Swift/Objective- C)
Good communication and leadership skills.
.NET (C, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

[Nice to have]

Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications is a plus.
Experience working with Korean clients or in Korean companies.
Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
