The Opportunity
This is a position where your performance will directly shape the success and growth of the company.
We’re looking for a Delivery / Project Manager to manage the execution of client and internal development projects. You’ll manage cross- functional teams, implement delivery best practices, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and delivery of mobile/web app projects from end to end.
Define, monitor, and report on key delivery KPIs such as sprint velocity, delivery timelines, bug rates, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the main escalation point for delivery challenges, risks, and blockers.
Develop and maintain delivery playbooks and project processes across all teams.
Manage resource and capacity planning in coordination with HR and the leadership team.
Drive continuous improvement across tools, workflows (JIRA, Confluence), and team collaboration.
Lead and support project teams, including developers, designers, QA specialists, and project managers.
Your Profile
Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with technical and non- technical stakeholders
Proven track record leading remote, cross- functional teams across different time zones.
4+ years of experience in project or delivery management within a digital product, agency, or SaaS environment.
Strong skills in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboards.
Highly structured, proactive, and results- oriented.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, estimation).
Professional English skills (both oral and written) (MUST- HAVE), German is a plus
