Job Description
Type: Full- time
Position: IT Support (Junior or Fresher)
Location: Di An, Binh Duong (near Lang Dai Hoc).

Responsibilities
Set up and configure laptops/desktops for new hires; perform basic diagnostics and repairs.
Manage user accounts and software licenses.
Document IT procedures, incidents, and assist with reports.
Manage and troubleshoot issues with CCTV, time attendance, and internal phone systems.
Support IT procurement: assist in vendor evaluation and equipment selection.
Participate in internal IT projects and other tasks as assigned
Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems (networks, servers, hardware) at head office and branches.
Support basic configuration of network devices (firewalls, routers) under supervision.
Resolve common IT issues related to network, printers, and office software, guide users remotely when needed.
Requirements
Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking, Windows OS, and basic Linux.
Strong problem- solving skills, with a hands- on and proactive approach.
Responsible, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Practical experience in PC/laptop setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Good at English (Reading and Communication).
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and antivirus solutions is preferred.
At least 1 years of professional experience in IT support, IT Helpdesk, system administration, or similar roles.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related fields.
