Position: IT Helpdesk (Banking)
Working hours of IT Helpdesk Engineer: 8:30AM to 7:00PM (from Monday to Friday).
Location: Flexible between District 1 and District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Act as the IT Helpdesk engineer to work with local colleagues and Group workplace team to setup and maintain IT facilities for all end users...
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end users’ devices, telephony, collaboration and office productivity tools, managed print.
Maintaining technical documentation and service catalogue on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
Work with relevant team for setting IT workplace facility and all related application in end user’s laptops & PCs, printer, scanner, telephony.
Maintain and ensure OS, application patching on time.
Troubleshoot IT issues on end user’s laptop & PCs.
Managing and getting BU requirement for IT facilities.
Work with vendor to fix all related IT workplace issues such as PC, laptop, Microsoft Office…
KEY REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/ Experience/ Skills):
Reading and understanding English documents.
Experience in IT documentation and IT facilities roll out.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
Overall experience of at least 2 years in IT field such as IT helpdesk, IT support…
Strong technical, analytical, and engineering competencies with hands- on experience in managing workplace environments.
Have a bachelor’s degree in IT major.
