IT Support Engineer

Log and follow up with other IT teams to support calls and tickets until resolve
Perform diagnostic tests, modify or repair computer hardware, including PC, printer, data projector and peripherals
Support the end users to troubleshoot the IT- related issues on their computers, including hardware, OS and applications and simple network configurations
Deploy/Install, maintain, upgrade IT equipment and standard applications
Provide guidance to users on internal systems, software and applications
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Good English communications
Passionate of learning, sense of urgency, and detailed
Knowledge of Entra ID and Intune is a plus
Passion, Adaptive and Enthusiasm
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint)
Have the sense of critical thinking
Has 2+ years’ experience in HelpDesk/Support
Time management skills
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Computer Science
Good customer service mindset
Ability to work independently
