Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.
We are looking for IT Executive to provide technical assistance to our company’s end- users. You will help to install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
If you’re computer- savvy and enjoy customer support, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem- solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting organization events be it internal or external, subject to business requirement
First point of contact for all employees in the company. Other issues involving network,server or telephony services should be escalated to Level 2& 3 using the tools which will be provided by the company
On- site support solves problems related to peripheral printers, network printers and other common peripheral devices
Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
Logging and process request/escalation tickets using the ticketing system provided by the company
To support projects requirement and deliverable when needed
After business hours on- duty support on ad- hoc basis subject to business requirement or IT Infra network & system upgrades
On- site support solves problems regarding the workstation network issues and cross connections as part of standard service. The initial troubleshooting needs to be performed to evaluate the extent of the situation and escalate to the network team providing all the relevant information
Qualifications:
At least 2- 3 years of experience growing in a corporate IT service or warehouse management
Graduated from University of Computer Science or equivalent
Certification in ITIL Foundation or equivalent is an advantage Independent and innovative orientation
Result orientation / Customer service mindset / Communication skills
English basic speaking and writing
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
