IT System Supervision Level 1 (Internship)

Perform regular backup incidents following procedures.
Weekly report to manager.
Generate and provide regular SCOM reporting.
Network checks (POM).
Perform applications daily check before business hours of headquarter.
Escalate issues to appropriate level 2.
End- users support.
Follow up procedures and propose improvements if needed.

Graduated with bachelor in either Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree and have good background in IT.
Available to work at night shift.
Experience with ITSM ticketing system is a big advantage.
Solid knowledge in the installation and administration of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager is appreciable.
Solid knowledge in Server Administrator on Windows Server is a big plus.
Fluent in English. French is a big plus.
