IT Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer- oriented IT Technician to join our dynamic PMO team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for assisting end- users with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with end- users to gather information about issues and provide updates on the status of their requests.
Collaborate with End user, PMO, Engineering, BD team, such as network engineers, system engineers, and security engineers, to resolve complex issues
Primary check if a problem occurs
Provide technical assistance and support to end- users, including employees or customers, who are experiencing IT- related issues.
If some materials or hardware are needed to solve issues, making BoQ and share internally to provide quotation to the customer
Escalate complex issues to PMO or Engineering teams or specialists when necessary.
Share internally and resolve hardware and software problems, such as troubleshooting network connectivity, operating system errors, and application issues.

Sever room, NW infra Management

Network, Server capacity daily check,
Response and management of network issues

Search for Problems (problem not reason by infra)

Operating system management
Capacity report(weekly)

IT Support

PC check and Installation Support
Supports check and installation of peripherals
PC count, stats management
Respond to public folder issues
HW, SW Installation Support

Others

Register fingerprints for new employees / delete fingerprints of retired employees
Punching counting application support

CCTV, AP Management

CCTV, AP daily check for operation
Check, Response and report the reason of the CCTV problem.

IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, MSCA) are a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. (preferred)
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and/or macOS), and common software applications. (preferred)
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a technical support role.
Customer- focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Be good at English skills
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.

Salary Level: 12mil VND per Month
