It Technician (Night Shift)

Network: monitoring network performance, maintain, configure and replace network equipments
VOIP: issue, setup, manage the VOIP phone system.
Support:

Support Head Office which is in different location.
Delivery support at maintenance/ remodeling/ upgrade

Hardware:

Contact User service/ IT helpdesk on defective hardware
General check on desktop and infrastructure
Maintain data center (servers, UPS, PaBX, network devices)
Check and maintain label printers, barcode printers, peripherals
Solve outage and replace detective hardware
Check and maintain office equipment: printers, photocopier, fax…..

Data backup

Transfer tapes to Head Office for off- site storage
Change backup tapes according to data backup procedure

Suppliers

Manage stock of consumable suppliers.
Order consumable suppliers (paper, ribbons, printer cartridges, batteries…)

System and application:

Work with AS400 ERP, database and Microsoft product.
Support daily business process, trouble should and advise solution
Programming / developing new apps
Roll out applications

Education
Required

Degree in computer science, automatic control and other related fields;
Strong skills and experience without IT diploma is also acceptable

MSCE, CCNA certified is preferred but not a must.
Desired
Experience

3- 5 years in company IT department experience or meets equivalent skill requirements

Knowledge of:

General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products , Windows2000 AD, MS Exchange
Microsoft Exchange server
Good sense of company information security.
Basic network technology
Microsoft SQL

Skills and Abilities

Good time & conflict management skills, multi- task processing ability.
Manage our fixed asset and set up safety stock.
Ability to work in different locations
Working type: Night shift
Good command of English both reading and writing.
