IT Technician - Night shift (Quảng Ngãi)

JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the IT support to all users in networks, systems; Work with IT team for maintaining domain accounts to improve the work efficiency.
Helpdesk supporting.
Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
Set up, configure, manage and maintain Domain accounts, TCPIP and Internet Protocols associated with TTC internet suites, systems/servers, desktop computers, printers including security policy/access management and control.
Install well- functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
Installs new/rebuilds existing servers and configures hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Performs daily backup. Ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies.
Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, SAN systems, DFS, other systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
▪ Required – Bachelor degree, major in Information Technology
Experience
▪ Experience with LAN/WAN networks, especially in Cisco network devices.
▪ Experience in setting VOIP system, surveillance system.
▪ Proficiency in build, configure and implementation of servers.
▪ Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
Knowledge of:
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Data Center 2012.
▪ Good skills in Written and Verbal Communication
▪ Proficiency in Hyper- V R2 software and virtual infrastructure and server Implementation.
▪ PC, and platform operating systems, including Server 2008, Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Linux.
▪ Good command in English
Skills and Abilities
▪ Skilled at working within a team- oriented.
▪ Hands- on software and hardware troubleshooting experience; Experience with data management.
▪ Good understanding of the organization&039;s goals and objectives.
