Junior Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and emerging technologies within the crypto and entertainment industries.
Lead Generation:
Assist in identifying potential clients, partners, and opportunities within the crypto and entertainment sectors through various channels.
Partnership Development:
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including crypto projects, entertainment companies, and other relevant partners.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials needed to close deals and secure partnerships.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and contacts in the CRM system.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and identify new business opportunities.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Familiarity with the crypto and/or entertainment industries is a strong plus.
1- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Interest in and basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and entertainment industry trends.
