Revenue Recognition:
Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue for various types of transactions, including contracts, sales, and service agreements.
Apply revenue recognition principles in accordance with accounting standards.
Revenue Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed revenue reports, including daily, weekly, monthly report.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for audits, regulatory filings, and internal reviews.
Accounting Processes:
Perform regular reconciliations of revenue accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Operations, IT, Marketing) to gather necessary data for revenue calculations and reporting.
Compliance and Controls:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies related to revenue recognition.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard revenue and prevent discrepancies or fraud.
Audit and Internal Controls:
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding revenue transactions and recognition.
Collaboration and Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing and senior management, to address revenue- related issues and inquiries

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time- management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue accounting or a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., FAST)
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., IFRS 15) and accounting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with F&B industry- specific revenue accounting practices is a plus.
